Movement with Pilates.
Breathing, center, control, flow, focus, precision, core, balance and breathing.

Variety and challenging exercises for brain as well as body for all levels that can manage to move between floor and standing.

Lots of movement to make you feel better, stronger, more flexible and able to manage whatever it is you do in your life.

Gradual introduction into small equipment Pilates overball, Magic Circle, Stretch bands, foam rollers.

45 min class.  Bring your own mat if you prefer and hand towel.
